Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns Policy:

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return *most products, unused & in new condition, together with your proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt to receive an exchange or refund. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original package with tags attached.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges for any purchases must be done by mailing the goods to:

Please note recent changes in the Mountain Designs Retail locations from 7 February 2018 (for example, returns are only available via the Mountain Designs Web Store postal address, as above).

Mountain Designs is not responsible for postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the items have been recalled.

Once returns are received by our warehouse, your refund may take 2-3 business days to process.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above policy is in addition to and without derogation from your Statutory Rights under the Australian Consumer Law (or similar legislation) & the Mountain Designs Quality Guarantee.
