The dates set out below show the average expected maximum delivery times during the peak volume period for Christmas 2020. They are subject to change based on actual volume levels. Note that expected delays in relation to COVID and lockdown restrictions are factored into these dates.

Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs
We have made it easy for you with national flat fee shipping on all items.
Delivery on standard delivery items is AU$10, no matter how many standard delivery items you buy.
Everyday free standard delivery on orders over $100 for Alliance Club members.
Order before 2pm AEDT (excludes public holidays), Mon-Fri, and choose Express Delivery and we'll dispatch your order on Australia Post eParcel Express on the same day. 80% of Australia is covered, they deliver to most major capital cities and their metropolitan areas the next day. Because Australia is so vast, there are some remote locations that are simply impossible to reach overnight. Subject to Australia Post services.

All orders require a signature upon home delivery. If there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a 'to the door' service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order. Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items.
Standard Delivery within Australia takes 2 business days for CBD areas, between 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas and between 2-6 business days for regional areas.
Express Delivery within Australia takes 1 business day for CBD areas, between 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas and between 1-4 business days for regional areas.

- Public holidays
- Incorrect address has been entered against the order
- If the payment capture process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until alternate payment arrangements can be made
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers

Mountain Designs is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.
