A Shot In The Dark

Many a photographer has captured the celestial brilliance of the Milky Way. But trying to orchestrate its location with clear weather and moon phasing from a nearly-inaccessible slot canyon that plays a significant part of the framing? Well that's another thing. But that's exactly what James Bennett, Clyde Vaughan and four of their adventure-seeking friends set out to do recently in an undisclosed Australian location of great beauty and tranquillity. This short documentary follows the crew as they chase the elusive astro shot while chasing the thrill of adventure and the nourishing high of the outdoors. Watch the adventure below.
