The compact, ergonomic Storm 500-R is powered by an integrated high-capacity 2,400 mAh Lithium-ion battery with micro-USB charge port, and features a user interface with secondary switch for easy mode selection. There are also three different coloured night-vision modes and peripheral white lighting for close-range activities like carefully re-racking for the final summit pitch in the dark. The headlamp has Brightness Memory that allows you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to the default setting.
