The replacement cartridge for the Katadyn Vario Filter will keep you pumping out clean and refreshing water all day long. If the Vario filter mode is set to 'faster flow', the water flows directly to the cartridge. To extend cartridge life, we recommend using 'faster flow' only when water is clear.
