Your Mountain Designs eGift Card can be used at our exclusive stockist Anaconda, within all 85 Anaconda stores across Australia, as well as their online store. Simply use the eGift Card like you would a credit card.

Do I need to provide ID when redeeming a Mountain Designs eGift Card in-store with Anaconda?
Yes, to help mitigate fraudulent transactions, SRG may collect identification details such as driver's licence numbers from customers upon redemption of eGift Cards. Please refer to the Mountain Designs privacy policy and/or the Anaconda privacy policy for more information.
Validity and expiry of a Mountain Designs eGift Card
A Mountain Designs eGift Card is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on a card will not be available for use after the card's expiry date.
What can I purchase with my Mountain Designs eGift Card?
You can purchase any item sold with our exclusive stockist Anaconda.
Can I get a cash refund using my Mountain Designs eGift Card?
You cannot redeem your Mountain Designs eGift Card for cash.
What happens if I lose my Mountain Designs eGift Card?
Treat your Mountain Designs eGift Card like cash. Lost or stolen eGift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Can I return or cancel my Mountain Designs eGift Card?
A Mountain Designs eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender type.
Can I reuse my Mountain Designs eGift Card?
A Mountain Designs eGift Card can only be used once.
Can I exchange items I have purchased with a Mountain Designs eGift Card?
Goods which are purchased solely or in part with a Mountain Designs eGift Card may be exchanged or returned subject to the Anaconda Returns & Exchanges Policy. Any amount owed back will be issued on a new eGift Card.
Can my Mountain Designs eGift Card be re-issued?
Re-issue of faulty, damaged or lost Mountain Designs eGift Cards is not available unless the cards are proven to be faulty, damaged or lost as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of Mountain Designs.
Are there any hidden charges or service fees?
No, there are no hidden charges or service fees.
MOUNTAIN DESIGNS GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Mountain Designs eGift Cards may be used to make purchases within all 85 Anaconda stores across Australia, as well as online at www.anacondastores.com.
Upon redeeming your eGift Card, if your purchase exceeds the amount of the eGift Card, you will need to pay the balance. This balance must be paid by credit card.
eGift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
The expiry of the eGift Card is within three (3) years from date of purchase/issue. Any balance that remains on the eGift Card after expiry will not be available for use.
Minimum load value is $10AUD, with a maximum load value of $500AUD.
eGift Cards can be used in conjunction with other payments, including cash, credit and EFTPOS payments.
No change is given and any balance that remains on the eGift Card can only be used in part against future purchases at Anaconda stores/sites.
Photo ID is required when redeeming eGift Cards in-store at Anaconda stores/sites.
eGift Cards may not be resold. eGift Cards purchased through any unauthorised resellers or other internet auction sites are not guaranteed by Mountain Designs or Anaconda.
Purchase, use or acceptance of Mountain Designs eGift Cards constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be changed at any time.
