Our Heritage Print tee collection is inspired by the Mountain Designs history, using prints that highlight iconic moments from the company’s past or depict the DNA of the brand. The lava design features the company tag line, referencing the birth of Mountain Designs when founder Rick White envisaged retailing specialist equipment while attempting to summit Fitz Roy in Patagonia in 1974. The tee is made from 100% organic cotton under the Global Organic Textile Standard, giving it an exceptionally soft hand-feel and making it friendly to those with allergies. It is ethically made and manufactured using sustainable energy to make it climate neutral, and is also Fair Wear Foundation approved in which a portion of the price goes back to the garment workers towards their living wage.
