Inspirational Photographers To Follow This Season
There are plenty of amazing people out there - skilled in the craft of photography - that inspire me to do my thing. Read on to meet some of the photographers that inspired me to start this photography journey in the first place, and I've since even been lucky enough to meet some of them over the years. Prepare to be inspired.
Jason Charles Hill
A fellow Brisbane-based photographer, Jason has been all over the world and continually inspires with his ability to make something beautiful wherever he goes. From the ice sheets of Greenland to the deserts of the UAE and on to the peaks of New Zealand, Jason's work is undeniably beautiful.

Scott is an adventure photographer based in Seattle, USA. I've looked up to his work for the past two years as a source of inspiration for my trip to Washington state. Scott seeks out wild and untouched peaks, leaving his mark in the form of beautiful and unique outdoor imagery.
If there's one adventure photographer you need to be following, it's Alex Strohl. Alex has such a diverse portfolio, from commercial photography to creating his own studio, Wildist, a platform with online workshops from a range of successful photographers. Alex has a beautiful way of capturing a story in his images, often incorporating the human element to convey a feeling of adventure.
Isacc surely knows how to create a story from nothing. I look up to the way he formulates stories and how engaging his short form video content is. Everything he produces feels real, natural and in line with his brand and messaging.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Nate Wise in the US last year while on the road. I'd been looking up to his work for the prior year or two, so it was great to finally meet the legend himself. Nathaniel has been living out of his Toyota forerunner for the last two years and you can either find him free camping somewhere in the US or on top of a peak of North Cascades shooting mountain layers. Check out his blues and pinks - some of the finest around.

Nathanael is another photographer who I met in Washington last year for a sunrise hike. Nate has shot some of the most beautiful North American images and been to wild spots most people could only dream of. He loves an alpine lake and foggy pine trees.
If a trip across the ditch is on the cards for you, make sure to follow along Jeffrey's work. He's the master of adventure photography in New Zealand and is always pushing hard to summit a new peak or shoot a new angle of a familiar place.
Reuben is the North Queensland magician. His work is absolutely incredible as he really puts in the effort for his images. Some of my favourite images of his are from the untouched peaks of Far North Queensland. Rueben makes it clear that he prefers to shoot harder-to-get-to places.
