Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs

We have made it easy for you with national flat fee shipping on all items.

Delivery on standard delivery items is AU$10, no matter how many standard delivery items you buy.

Everyday free standard delivery on orders $99 or more.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Mountain Designs accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Express orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. Please allow 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Mountain Designs is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.
