If you need your order to arrive before a particular date, check the estimated delivery times below. Dates are based on regular Australia Post delivery times and are estimated in working days.

The delivery times provided apply to Mountain Designs and are an estimate only. Mountain Designs will make every effort to ensure delivery within the below estimates but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to be always possible.

All prices stated for Mountain Designs is shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is GST inclusive for Australian customers.

For orders for delivery outside of Australia, GST is not applicable - prices are the final price as stated on the website and at checkout. Goods may attract local taxes & duty in the destination country, please ensure you are aware of these charges as they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International purchasers please note: Any import duties, taxes or charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the importer must be paid by the purchaser.

Orders sent to an Australian address will be sent via Australia Post e-parcel. Customers will receive an email once their parcel has been sent with the tracking number/s of the parcel. All parcels require a signature upon delivery.

When sending an order outside of Australia, the buyer and/or recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Due to international postal regulations, Mountain Designs will declare the order as a 'good' and declare the exact value. The recipient should be aware that orders shipped to addresses outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Mountain Designs takes no responsibility for any charges associated with customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore it is recommended that buyers contact their local customs office for further information.

The estimated time of arrival for orders does not take into consideration delays associated with custom clearance procedures.

International Purchases must meet the requirement of less than 20kg packaged weight. Additional postage charges must be met by the purchaser before order will be shipped.


The buyer and/or recipient is responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported into the destination country and comply with all regulation and legislation of the destination country. For products shipped internationally, please note that some manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
