Mountain Designs treats any personal contact details collected as a result of enquiries, Alliance Club sign up etc. in the strictest confidence. Details are not added to our customer database without your consent. Customer details are only entered into our database upon joining the Alliance Program. The Alliance Program database does not get sold or passed onto any other party, except for contracted suppliers responsible for processing Mountain Designs mail-outs. This is a one-off usage and the database is not retained by the supplier. We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organisation without your permission. If you supply us with your postal address, email address, or mobile number you may receive periodic mailings from Mountain Designs with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please update your details on our website by clicking on the 'Alliance Club' tab and proceeding to 'Update Your Details'. Payment
Mountain Designs accept payment by Visa Card and MasterCard. Mountain Designs may contact the card holder directly using the phone number provided during the "Checkout Procedure" to verify payment and delivery details. Mountain Designs will hold products until payment has been authorized and accepted. Delivery of goods will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Alliance Club Terms and Conditions
Discounts apply to full-priced items and are not available in conjunction with other offers, unless otherwise stipulated. Discounts are not given on the purchase of gift vouchers.
Membership is not transferrable and is only available for individuals. For enquiries relating to corporate/group discounts please contact us at enquiries@mountaindesigns.com
In order to receive Member rewards (including discounts), Members are required to present their card at point of sale. If a Member does not have their card, then they may identify themselves but providing personal information to the Mountain Designs Team Member along with photo ID.
Members are responsible for ensuring their personal details are accurate at all times, this includes a valid email address. Members can update their details at www.mountaindesigns.com by clicking on the Alliance Club tab on the homepage.
Mountain Designs reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the Terms and Conditions, the Alliance Club loyalty program or your Membership at any time, subject to prior notice through email notification. Mountain Designs will make every effort to ensure that amendments are communicated through email and in store with a reasonable amount of notice.
Failure to comply with terms and conditions may result in the termination of your membership.

Return Policy
Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return *most products, unused & in new condition, together with your proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase to receive an exchange, credit or refund. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original package with tags attached.
Mountain Designs is not responsible for postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the good has been recalled.
Returns and exchanges can be done at any Mountain Designs retail location* (see website for store locations) or by mailing the good/s to PO Box 82, Pooraka SA 5098 Australia.

Colours
Mountain Designs makes every effort to represent product colours accurately, however the colour settings of computer monitors can vary considerably. As a result, there may be variations between the colour you see on-screen and the colour of the item which you purchase.
Pricing
All prices stated are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Orders made by customers outside of Australia will not include GST.
International purchasers please note: Any import duties, taxes or charges levied by the destination country must be paid by the purchaser.
Online Shopping - Delivery Times
The delivery times provided are an estimate only. Mountain Designs will make every effort to ensure delivery within the below estimates but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to be always possible.
If any of your items are not in stock, we will need to order them from our warehouse and delivery may take longer. If we expect your order to arrive outside of these times you will be notified by phone and/or email.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will not be processed until the next working day. This applies to both Australian and international orders.

Shipping within Australia
Orders sent to an Australian address will be sent via Express Post or Direct Freight. In most cases buyers will be supplied with a consignment number once the order has been shipped. Orders sent via Direct Freight and orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.
IMPORTANT: Bulky items e.g. packs or large orders will be sent by Direct Freight. Direct Freight does not deliver to PO Boxes so customers will be contacted if an alternative address is required.
International Orders and Shipping
When sending an order outside of Australia, the buyer and/or recipient is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Due to international postal regulations, Mountain Designs will declare the order as a ‘good’ and declare the exact value. The recipient should be aware that orders shipped to addresses outside of Australia may be subject import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Mountain Designs takes no responsibility for any charges associated with customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore it is recommended that buyers contact their local customs office for further information.
The estimated time of arrival for orders does not take into consideration delays associated with custom clearance procedures.
International Purchases must meet the requirement of less than 20kg packaged weight. Additional postage charges must be met by the purchaser before order will be shipped.
Limitations
The buyer and/or recipient is responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported into the destination country and comply with all regulation and legislation of the destination country. For products shipped internationally, please note that some manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
Photograph Submissions
Unless an exisiting agreement is in place, 1 x $100 gift voucher (in either AU$ or NZ$) will be given per photograph Mountain Designs uses in any print or electronic media (excluding Facebook). The photograph will become property of Mountain Designs Holdings and can be reproduced as often as required. By submitting a photograph, you are agreeing to allow Mountain Designs to make use of your photograph unless otherwise stipulated.
Terms and Conditions
- Successful entrants must take the voucher as offered. Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- A high-resolution version of the photograph must be available if required.
- The successful photographer will be notified via the email address they used to submit their entry.
- Each photograph will be individually judged based on creative merit and relevance to Mountain Designs marketing. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
- All successful entries become the property of the promoters - Mountain Designs Holdings. The promoter reserves the right to use the content of successful entries for the purpose of future promotions.
- By submitting a photograph, each entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions. Entrants who fail to comply with these terms and conditions may be refused the $100 voucher at the discretion of Mountain Designs.
