Returns Policy
Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return *most products, unused & in new condition, together with your proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase to receive an exchange, credit or refund. Where possible, goods should be returned in their original package with tags attached.
Returns and exchanges can be done at any Mountain Designs retail location* (see website for store locations) or by mailing the good/s to PO Box 82, Pooraka SA 5098 Australia.
Mountain Designs is not responsible for postage costs associated with returned goods, except in cases where the good has been recalled.
*For the safety and health of our Customers, our "change of mind policy" excludes products such as climbing gear and underwear. If unsure whether our return policy covers your purchase please contact us as enquiries@mountaindesigns.com
